...is out from under RICO. Some startlingly good news via Amy at Real Catholic. Seems like many years since I've seen any protesters in front of a women's "health" center. Maybe we'll see them again. The days of blocking clinic doors are over, but so are the days of fearing jail time just for being there. It's been 20 years since NOW first brought the case that granted their wish via judicial tyranny. The Supreme Court went 8-0 in Joe Scheidler's favor. Alito didn't sit for this one.
