She has passed away at 84. One of my favorite female voices of all time. She sang my favorite version of this Christmas song, which I originally posted at W4.
She was married to the same man, Steve Lawrence, for over 55 years. Search her on Youtube and you will no doubt find much to enjoy.

thanks for the post. I’ve been broken-hearted since her passing and cannot listen to her sing yet. I feel like a family member has passed. She was born in the same neighborhood as my family and me. Family members knew her personally. My very favorite singer of all times. Saw her in concert over 10 times and loved her so. Glad to write without my name or email posted.
